The Beginning

The School of Administration and Business Sciences (STIAB) was established in 1995 with the goal of providing high-quality higher education in the fields of administration and business. The initiative for its establishment was spearheaded by a group of academics and professionals who saw the need for skilled and highly educated workers in this sector.

 

Early Development

In its early years, STIAB offered only one study program, namely the Bachelor of Business Administration. Despite starting with modest facilities, the commitment to quality education has been the cornerstone of STIAB. With support from various parties, including the government, industry, and the community, STIAB successfully attracted many prospective students and continued to grow rapidly.

 

Expansion and Growth

Over time, STIAB expanded its study programs to include Public Administration and opened postgraduate programs, such as the Master of Business Administration and the Master of Public Administration. The increasing number of students and the quality of teaching necessitated infrastructure development, leading STIAB to build a new campus with modern facilities in 2005.

 

Achievements and Recognition

Since its establishment, STIAB has received various awards and accreditations from national and international educational bodies. In 2010, STIAB received an "A" accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT), cementing STIAB's position as one of the best higher education institutions in Indonesia.
